Because Electric Vehicle lighting relies on sensitive electronic circuitry and operates on tight voltage networks, minor flaws can cause unnecessary aftermarket friction. Working in close synergy with our vetted manufacturing partners, we oversee a comprehensive, multi-stage quality verification process before any cargo leaves Guangzhou:

Stage 1: Production-Level Optical & Circuit Verification

Prior to final housing assembly at our partner facilities, automated optical inspection (AOI) systems check the LED circuit boards. This step verifies micro-component placement and soldering integrity, supporting circuit stability against typical road vibrations.

Stage 2: Airtightness & Environmental Sealing Checks

Moisture ingress and internal condensation are primary challenges in exported auto lamps. To address this, our partner production lines utilize automated gluing stations, followed by pneumatic pressure testing on assembled lamp housings. This protocol helps filter out potential sealing defects before products are approved for transfer.

Stage 3: Burn-In Stress & Beam Alignment Testing

We go beyond visual checks by actively powering on batch samples on testing racks. We monitor electrical behavior under extended operation to catch potential thermal issues, voltage instabilities, or flickering. During this stage, optical beam angles are checked against reference charts to support proper light cut-off lines and reduce glare for oncoming traffic.

Stage 4: Final Warehouse Verification & Packaging Integrity

During final staging in our Guangzhou facility, our QC team cross-verifies OEM numbers, bracket configurations, and handings (Left vs. Right) directly against your purchase order. Cargo is sorted, labeled, and palletized with care to ensure you receive well-documented shipments aligned with your exact specifications.
